1. Select Day, make sure to review any already scheduled times.
2. Select Start Time
3. Select End Time
4. Fill Out Details On Form
5. Accept Terms
6. Fill Out Captcha Form
7. Press Submit

You will receive a message that you have submitted the form. You will receive an email that your request has been submitted. Once approved you will receive an approval email. Contact admin for help if needed. Contact Admin
